THE DOMINO PLAYERS
Our Town by Thornton Wilder,
Thornton Wilder won a Pulitzer prize for Drama in 1938 for this play. It is a play about a small American Town’s citizens in the early days of the last century. Wilder
set the play in a 1930s theatre using the device of a stage manager to create the town of Grover’s Corner for the audience. Its three acts cover Daily Life, Love and
Marriage, Death and Mortality. Dedicated to Sue North who died earlier this year with profits to be donated to a cancer charity.
