The Domino Players and Vale Voices present a unique performance combining extracts from four of William Shakespeare's plays interspersed with song in the atmospheric setting of Lains Barn near Wantage.
Contrast the drama of Romeo and Juliet with the comedy of the shipwrecked mariners in The Tempest and the romance of Troilus and Cressida with the battle of the sexes in The Taming of the Shrew, linked with madrigals from the Vale Voices.
Supper will be served in the cow byre during the interval.
Performances take place on Tuesday 8th, Wednesday 9th and Thursday 10th July, starting at 7pm, in Lains Barn near Wantage. Tickets are £10 including supper and all profits go to the Vale and Downland Museum Jubilee Refurbishment Appeal.
